From the 1st to 30th of September 2026, the IAAEU has been delighted to welcome Ernestyna Pachała-Szymczyk from the University of Warsaw as a visiting researcher at the library.

Her research focuses on the normative allocation of risk in economically dependent self-employment – a comparative legal analysis and assessment of the regulations in selected European countries.

In addition to her work with the library’s collection, the professional exchange and joint discussions on research and employment law are a great enrichment for us all.

We are delighted to be able to support Ernestyna Pachała-Szymczyk during her research stay and assist her with her academic work!
